Veles e Vents, architecture by David Chipperfield located in the Marina of Valencia epicenter, an emblematic and symbolic building that represents the Mediterranean. Cross their gates is travel to our heritage and live a unic experience.
The gastronomic proposal is directed by Javier de Andrés, with the National Gastronomic Award and with a familiar trajectory over 40 years.
The different spaces next to its 7.000 metres of floating terraces towards the sea, form a big centre where gastronomy, MICE and company event celebrations, leisure, culture, music, training and innovation are found.

Gastronomic restaurant La Sucursal
La Sucursal is the Veles e Vents flagship. Best Spanish restaurant by the Gourmets magazine in 2020, among his awards, stand out a Michelin Star 2007 and two “Soles Repsol”.
La Sucursal is located on the top of the building (3rd floor), a gastronomic temple where enjoy the best product and an elaborate cuisine that enhances their flavors. In addition, from its terrace, one of the most magical and privileged corners of the city you can enjoy live music and shows during the spring and summer season.
Traveling cuisine in Hoja Malabar restaurant
On the Veles e Vents first floor, we have the world canteen, our restaurant Hoja Malabar. A traveling cuisine that runs the flavors of all the cardinal points and countries: Mexico, Italy, Thailand, Peru, Singapore, Papur or Bengal.
Hoja Malabar’s eclectic essence get nourished by different world’s cuisine. Sour, sweet, acidic, and spicy are the basics of this cuisine with intense flavors, proposed by our chef Maiku.

La Marítima Restaurant: rices, fish and meat wood oven baked
La Marítima is located on the floor 0 of Veles e Vents. The most seafaring Valencia: rices, fishes and meats baked in the wood oven with mediterranean flavors showing sensitivity and tecnhique.
A place where enjoy the covered terrace and its big and bright spaces, with a light that flood everything.
Varadero Club: Concert space next to the sea
Varadero Club is back as #CulturaVeles. Concert and cultural space, with programation from Thursday to Sunday.
In addition, in Varadero, you can found one of the best sunsets of Valencia, with music for enjoy with friends and a big selecction of gin, beers and coctels.
